Since COVID-19 we’ve experienced a high volume of orders. Coupled with the extra safety precautions we’ve put in place to protect our dispatch team, delivery partners and customers, your order may take longer to arrive. For UK orders please allow a delay of up to 2 days for your order to arrive and for Europe/International deliveries please allow a delay of up to 5 days. We know it’s an ask, and your order may well arrive within normal Standard Delivery timeframes, but we are doing everything we can to get your order to you within our usual service levels. We appreciate your patience and we’ll keep you updated of any changes. 

1. United Kingdom

UK Delivery FREE - Orders over £5. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Dispatched via Hermes tracked and delivered within 1-3 working days. This service is includes Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. Orders £12 or less will be dispatched via Royal Mail 2-4 working days.

As a small, family run company, during these testing times, we have to be extremely careful with our overheads. We would love to be able to offer free delivery on orders but due to a rise in recent courier prices this just is not possible. 

We are including a FREE £5 Gift Card to help return your delivery cost and for you to spend on a future purchase. There is no minimum spend to use this gift card, it is simply a thank you for supporting small businesses. 

2. Europe & Ireland

Europe Tracked £11.95 (£8.95 on orders over £8) is our premium Europe delivery option, please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. You can view the progress of your order online right through to delivery. 

3. USA & Rest of the World 

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed £14.95 (£10.95 on orders over £8) is our premium international option, please allow 5-12 working days for delivery. You can view progress of your order online right through to delivery. 


About Hermes

Hermes is a flexible premium delivery service. You may get an email on the day of your delivery with a delivery time slot. This email also contains a link which lets you follow your parcel’s progress. Hermes will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. If their delivery attempt was unsuccessful they’ll leave a calling card.  Look out for this as it’ll tell you when they’ll be making their next attempt.

Enter your phone number at the checkout, and you’ll get a text confirming your delivery date and time. Deliveries can also be notified and rescheduled via email.

To ensure there are no mistakes and that our delivery company has all the correct address information, our system verifies your address with your postcode.

How do I track the delivery status of my order?

All tracked orders will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Once your order has dispatched you will be able to track your order with the tracking number. Use the link provided to track your parcel via Hermes or alternatively click here.
